    Hi Guys,

    I was wondering if anyone knew of a photo editing package (either online or offline) that allows you to take a photo and give it a cartoon effect.

    The above tutorial seems like a good option.

    Vector conversion can give a cartoonish/hand drawn look. I think Adobe Illustrator can do that.

    Photoshop can convert to vectors too...Can't remember how to do it though.

    That tutorial looks ideal though, but could work even better with vectors.

    Photoshop - Will work in any - Elements/1-7 or any of the CS's

    Try Adobe's website for a free trial...
