Constituency boundaries - help

Are there any websites, resources etc out there to show maps of constituencies? Or could some knowledgeable person help me please?

I bought a new house in 2003 and so voted in the council and european elections, but after talking to various neighbours nobody's sure which constituency we're in for the general election! Not trusting the literature arriving anyway...

We're in Co Dublin, right beside the boundary with Dublin 24, which I think is what's causing the confusion. Is it the "Tallaght" one or "Lucan + Clondalkin"? (Sorry, not sure of the exact dublin mid-south-west-central names!)

This may help, click on your constituency (or whichever one you think you're in). Other than that I'd suggest you ring Kildare Street and ask for Minister Roche :D

This map might be the best...

You will trust your polling card, which will tell you which national school you are to go to, so that would also be a marker for which constituency you are in.

Also... check if you (or you neighbour) are on the register.

Thanks for that but it's still not clear! According to the map my house is in Dublin South-West but the national school that I went to for the local and european elections and that I'm registered to vote at next time is well into Dublin Mid-West! Surely this isn't the case...?

It is possible that there are different electoral districts marked as you walk into the school, this should be clear on the voting card, and the register. In the same vein, its possible for different constituencies, although unusual.

Are in the pink bit of Dublin South-west that went from Dublin South.

Trust your own home address as the constituency you are in from the map. Check the register to see where you need to go to vote.

Am I in the pink bit? No, directly opposite...
