    Has anyone had any experience with these?
    Are they worth the money and can anyone suggest a model?..
    would be willing to pay 300 if it did the job right!

    Shure make some pretty top notch systems AFAIK.

    Did you mean monitors in terms of the way a mixing engineer would use them, or in the way a live musician would use them?

    I'll assume you meant the latter as this is in the instrumens forum ;)

    Dont understand the question there bud, IEM's serve a purpose how can they not do the job right?? There's a reason why they're used on all major tours and TV broadcasts etc. That said, they are not everyone's cuppa tea, and if put into the hands of an idiot at the mixing desk it could damage your hearing permanently.
