Just wondering are we allowed speak about vulnerabilities here or not?
Are we allowed post publicly available exploit code etc.?

Can anyone clarify this for me?

Generally, yes. Discussing specific cases of vulnerabilities in a company's infrastructure is not allowed however.

For the purposes of discussion, yes.
Can anyone clarify this for me?

If you still have any doubts about a specific case, then feel free to PM with me with particular details.

Well ecksor I was thinking along the lines of discussing for example the recent DNS flaw in MS 2000 and Win2K3. For example MSs downplaying of the significance of the vunerability and their slow response time to this issue

Not in relation to specific companies or sites or anything like that
