Myself and a few others want to stay in maynooth and rent somewhere together (preferably near the train station) for the summer. What should i expect to pay for a single or double room? Do prices go down much in the summer?

Don't pay more than half rent during the summer.
I know people have paid between 35-55 per week, usually with no deposit
