Freespeech Vs Blueface??

    Hi everyone,
we're moving to a new office, and have opted to go with the 6m Smart broadband package (45.99 per month) - has no contention apparently so it should be handy enough for VOIP I've been told?
Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts on the best VOIP package to go for, please let me know. we don't want to spend much on monthly calls (10-20euro at most) - but we do want a Dublin landline number for clients to call. So far Blueface and Freespeech appear to offer the best deal, 10 minutes to Irish or International numbers per day for 10 and 20 euro a month respectively. any suggestions which is best? We don't want to fork out too much on a regular basis for VOIP so may just plug in a VOIP phone instead of getting the hardware.
    info appreciated, thanks!
    Ruth

the quality of an ATA vs a USB voip phone is vastly superior (in my experience).
I would recommend you go for an ATA. I have a netgear router which has proven to be very reliable.

I just use the house phone for incoming call's so I needed a landline number for that. I went with the freespeech option because it's like 20 euro every 6 months or so (depending on how much you use the phone, I dont really) and you get the 01 number. I have had a few issues with echo and other things but I went with a non-standard router because I wanted wireless built in and the ability to use a landline phone. I have found the service to be good enough. If you use the phone more frequently though blueface might be the better option. If I remember correctly they have an unlimited calls option for 20 euro a month (someone else can probaly confirm or correct this as I'm not fully sure)

    Blueface gives you

. unlimited calls to landlines in Ireland and the UK for €15 per month

    or

. 5 hours of calls to landlines in over 20 countries including Ireland and the UK for €10 per month
