Problems with Sky anytime

I have a sky HD box and sky anytime is available now on the main menu , however , when its selected , the anytime screen comes up , ( with a preview pane in the top right hand corner , and after about 10 seconds the screen goes black and wont come back !

I have to select all channels to get the main menu back , this happens every time I try to use it , Everything else on the sky menu seems to be working fine ,

Has anyone else seen this , and if so is there a fix ?

Haven't seen this before, but you could try a planner rebuild (services 4, 01 select) and see if it makes any difference.

No its not the planner , did a re-build and nothing happened , also forced a SW upgrade , still the same , the only difference I can make to it is by putting the output of the HD box in 1080 instead of Auto , then it will show the screen upon selection , but on changing options the screen goes black and wont come back , If I select all channels then Im back to normal ( working fine ) TV but anytime will not work for me.

Im starting to think its the TV !! But it works fine on all other channels etc. ? Its a panasonic LCD by the way.

Is the HD box connected to the TV by HDMI

    Yes its connected with HDMI

Try pulling out the HDMI cable and re-insert it making sure its "fully home" at both ends, be sure to pull the power plug first. Sounds as if it might be a HDCP issue but I am certainly no expert.

Tried that , still no joy , The set is fully HDCP compatible , so dont think it can be that , this has me stumped , cannot tell really whether its sky or the set at fault !!

At work, I've noticed something similar when Anytime menu is up, though I was blaming the HDMI distribution unit (there's 8 LCD's fed from it). While in the Anytime menu, if I used down arrow, the picture usually came back though.
