Would anyone be able to tell me how busy the M50 would be at 10am on a weekday morning - specifically going Northbound, just after the N4 exit?

Seriously though, you'll just be catching the tail end of the morning traffic, so it shouldn't be too bad. Allow 10-15 to queue to get through the toll bridge just in case. Otherwise it should all be moving. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are heavier than other days.
