The ARMY AK is supposed to be a bit better then the CYMA 47 so it would be well skirmishable. The only thing I'm not sure on is power, gunners says it fires around 1 joule with .2's but I've also heard it fires around 350 fps.

seems to be a pretty comprehensive review of it here

Can't go wrong with the AK's. Though I know nothing about 'Army' AK's TBH.

With the 3 hicaps, you'll have 1800 rounds of ammo. More than enough for any game....so no mid-skirmish reloading for you ;)

You might want to think about getting a 2nd battery though. I never get through a full day on 1 battery. I've a 1300 mAH and a 3800 mAH battery and I even managed to deplete both at Predator!

When you have 600 rounds in each clip, you tend to be a bit more trigger happy, so you use more bb's and more battery power.

You might want to check your charger, is it fully charging those batteries? There is no way you should be going through 2 batteries in a day, not unless you spend a couple of hours continuosly firing full auto

Yeah or you could just learn how to shoot :D

Well the 1300 battery is just a low capacity battery. So that normally dies at about 3-4pm. Then I plug in the 3800 for the rest of the day. The charger is pretty good and automatically stops charging when the batteries are fully charged.

I go through about 5000 rounds per skirmish. More in Predator.  I tend to provide a lot of cover fire. It really drains the batteries.

would you not start off with the 3800mAH battery? makes more sense to me

i've a 1300mah in my mp5, and when ive used that in hrta it lasted me the entire day no prob

With my P90 I can use a 1200mAh battery for a whole days shoot in Predator...I mean literally a whole days shoot(it was one long game). The TM P90 has one of the highest rates of fire for a standard AEG so presumably it'd die quicker?!

The 3800 doesn quite fit in the stock, so I hate using it. But yeah, it would make more sense to start with it.

I wish! I took the stock off last night to see if I could shave off a few millimetres of plastic off so that the battery would fit, but there is no chance. The top of the stock curves down about half way along it, and it's at that point that the battery rests directly against it.

Could you file the battery down a bit? :D

Tried your suggestion. Battery is not working now. You owe me a new battery.

Just noticed how severely off-topic this thread has become. Oops.

So Trinity, have you placed an order yet?

Don't forget bb's. You gonna need alot of them. 5000 for 18 euro in HRTA. Good price.
