Desktop organiser?

    Hi,
I'm looking for something to basically keep track of dates I have stuff on and maybe a little notepad too. Ideally the calender part would only show the dates for the upcoming month/2/3/4 etc months that I actually have entries written into and not every other date in between that I don't have things on.

I'd like it to be displayed on the desktop, like the way Vista displays things on the right hand side here and be freeware/spyware free etc;)

Very low memory/cpu usage is essential too. Would appreciate any feedback:)

    Installed that now, pretty cool:)

I can't figure out how to display only the dates I have stuff on though, do you know if there is a way? Although it might be better just to display all dates, handier if I want to add events etc.

You can have a look at Konfabulator from yahoo too. It'll will allow you to get desktop widgets and has options for keeping them on desktop or always on top of other windows etc.. and I'm sure there is a personal organiser one on that.

I use my phone and have a todo list widget on my desktop. It takes a little bit of memory but overall I'm happier with it than without it.
