Sony Vaio VGN FS-215M vista problem

    My housemate has a sony laptop and recently upgraded from XP to Vista. Now the function buttons don't work such as the volume +/- and the brightness +/-. Is there a patch out for it or is it a service disabled?? Any suggestions please!!

    Download and re-install the Utils package(s) from http://support.vaio.sony.ie/downloads/select/select.asp?site=voe_en_IE_cons or if there was a CD accompanying the laptop.
