NTL PPV Service Failure

I tried yesterday in vain to subscribe to the PPV Newcastle v Chelsea game. My on screen menu said no PPV events were showing. A call to the CS line yielded 30 mins of crappy NTL hold music, but no warm body at the end. Totally furstrating. They are a s*ite organsiation with mediocre products, over priced and the worst…
