    Was anyone at the gig? Was mind blowing stuff. Especially the "Whoa! He's playing guitar with a powerdrill!" part :D Saw him once before at a criminally undersold Cork gig and both have been 2 of the best concerts I've ever been too. Glad to see he played a lot of new stuff aswell, I want to get my hands on a lot of it.

    Was at the Tripod gig and thought it was pretty tame. Saw him before and he was much better. A lot of the tracks with Tiersen on guitar were fairly bland compared to others where he was on violin/accordion/mini-pianos & xylophone

    yeah - was disappointed when I saw him in Galway a few years back...
    There wasnt a woah when he played guitar with an untuned transistor radio - it was slightly pretentious to be honest - the guy is a great musician but tries to shake this off with gimmicks.

    Tbh i was really looking forward to him playing the piano as thats the part of his music I like best, really sucked that he didn't! Also he didn't play the accordian enough! Other than that though it was brilliant, the bit where the guy in his band was playing the guitar with a drumstick was unreal (at least thats how i remember it).
