Invoicing and CRM sytem

    Im just about to start a small business and i was hoping someone can recommend some database system that allows me to do Invoices, delivery dockets...ect. If there is free software, i would love to know.

    thesaraus i think handles this. MS has a range of products too. Good luck finding a partner in ireland though.

    If your gonna buy a package you could try one of Sages lower end packages that might suit you.

    sage (awful awful but all the accountants seem to use it so you can just send them the data) www.sage.ie

    the only thing you mght want to watch is that the software has irish tax rules etc in it.

    There's a lot of free stuff out there, but it tends to be geared more towards the American market.

    Sage is good, but I use Quickbooks myself, and only probably use about 20% of its functionality.

    Regarding fullblown CRM, might be a bit OTT for your size of operation. ACT! is a pretty good starting point, but there's a rake of freeware/shareware stuff out there.
