Can anyone help solve an odd little issue that has come up on another site. I contribute to a US based site where forum times come up as US time. Just recently though I noticed that on my computer the times are local Irish time. I mentioned this and it seems that other people - Irish and elsewhere - get the US time. I thought that posting times would have been governed by the Website, not my computer, but apparently not? Can anyone explain please?

If you stated where you lived when you signed up to the website, it may recalculate the times to the proper timezone before it shows them to you. Many vendors of forum software include this as a feature.
