No way i'm folding here to the minreraise, the fact he has a tonne of chips makes it more likely that he is weak. My mistake here was not shoving pre, then not shoving first to act on the flop.He cannot call either of these pushes.By not shoving on flop, i let him commit himself to the hand,and by the river any A,Q,4,or k will do him.
With my stack at this stage of the tourney i cannot be passing up 50/50's to wait for better spots. The minraise threw me off in this spot.

you should push that flop.

pushing preflop would be better than the crai as well but this is a good stop and go spot

yep , it was one of those brainfart moments TBH.Regretted the flop check instantly. Still got it in good though, just failed to maximise Fold equity with a very vunerable hand.
