    Laguna Beach: Deadly boring. Ugly,stupid,snobby,shallow,talentless rich kids. Too many characters. Too many bitchy clones. No storyline. Has there been any intelligent conservation in three series? How is it so popular??????? Pile of garbage.. How has it managed to run for 3 series??

    8th & Ocean: Amazing! Fewer characters. Hot guys and girls that have talent and earn their own money instead of flaunting their parents. Intersting love triangles. Teddy/Britt/Heidi!! No bitchiness, ppl from different ethnic background.And Vinci!!!!! Yet they decide not to make a second series why oh why???????

    I must confess to watching Laguna Beach and loving it. 100% pure unadulterated ****e but fantastic all the same.

    I've heard of Laguna Beach and was appalled by it (appalled is not strong enough a word... horrified? disgusted? maybe a new word needs to be invented that combines all three of those words)
    I must avoid that other one too. :)
