Hello all. Hope this is appropriate!

We're looking to relocate from our local authority house in south Co. Galway to a similar property on the southside of Cork City - anywhere within easy access of the ring road, really - or the surrounding towns/areas.

House we're in is a lovely 3bed semi, only four years old, in a very small estate. Large kitchen/dining, sitting room, 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, bathroom, WC, hot press. Wheelchair accessible, small garden to the front and large garden to the rear, garden shed, off-road parking. Duel heating system: oil-fired & solid fuel with Stanley range. Walking distance to schools, shops, etc, and 30 mins drive from Galway City. Broadband. We've a genuine reason for needing the swap.
