Chorus Parental lock

My Chorus changed to the new channel numbers yesterday. I had Bravo + men and motors on parental lock, but since the channel numbers changed, they are on all the time. Can anyone explain to me how to place these channels back under parental lock. Chorus don't give a manual with their set top boxes. My set top box is a grey…

All help greatfully recieved!
