    Lol. I was actually villain 2 in this hand. I had 6s7c8s9c for trips with a nice wrap. The case 8 fell on the turn to give our "Hero" the nut house. The table was in unaminous agreement that he had played it superbly. I bit my tongue.

    As a holdem donk trying learn a bit of Omaha:rolleyes: , would one of you Omaha guru's please give a bit more detailed analysis of the action here.

    Now I know 8h8c7h4d is sh!t preflop and should be mucked to a raise.
    Villian 1's limp/reraise to 41 is probably representing aces or a big double suited hand or wrap, correct?
    And with the paired board there a large likelyhood that the hand will be won by a fullhouse, correct?

    However, my first reaction when I saw this was that the 8h8c7h4d didn't look to bad after the flop, it took me a minute of looking at it to see that he is probably just drawing to the 9h, 3h or the case 8 as it turned out.

    A couple of questions;
    Do you know what the raiser to 41 had?
    How strong is your hand? Is your hand 6s7c8s9c strictly speaking a wrap on a board of 6h 6d 5h? I'm presuming your pot reraise was a protection bet of sorts, as you are vunerable.

    The raiser to 41 prob had the Aces. He hadnt reraised or even opened PF at all before in the session. Therefore his hand is pretty transparent. Players like this often find it hard to let go of the aces on a low flop, so if i hit it coul be payday.

    My hand is very on the flop. I am certainly ahead here, as there are no overcards to my trips. If there was an ace i'd have to think about shutting down. If someone shows up with 6 5 xx or a 6 with a better kicker ita a cold deck. You are righrt that my hand is not a wrap, as aside from a 4 the straight cards give me a house. (bit sleepy when i typed original post). My reraise was simply an effort to get the original raiser to ship it with his overpair. Was not expecting the button to get arush of blood to the head and tag along too.
