For the last two days I've been unable to download their new upgrade. It starts the download process and then says 'problem decompressing file' or some crap like that and shuts down. Kind of annoying as it's where most of my cash is at, and their support is useless.

That happened to me the first time I went to open it yesterday, but I tried again straight after and it worked grand, I suppose try a few more times and if that fails download it again from their site?

You've just gotta keep trying after it says error, rather than going back a while later just try 5 consequetive attempts and should work fine, it did for me anyway
