We are looking for a Flash Designer/Developer who will be responsible for producing dynamic Flash websites and interactive video advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is an experienced and extremely efficient Flash developer with very good ActionScript. Strong design and multimedia skills are also required. When producing advertising material the designer will ensure all corresponding creative assets, instructions and deliverables meet standards and client deadlines. The ability to work independently as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment a huge plus.

What we need is a dynamic, creative, fun, personable, self-motivated individual with solid experience working in the web and multimedia industry, particularly using Flash. You will be dealing directly with our clients, from brief to delivery, as well as working with our junior designers and freelance programmers so people skills and client liason experience are important. You will be aiding the development of our multimedia department and therefore must have the ability to work both as a team member and alone.

1-3 years of Flash/Web Design experience required.

See http://www.smudgedesign.ie for full job spec.

I said it before and I'll say it again - you're not likely to find someone who's a strong designer AND a strong actionscripter.
