Ps3 + network problem

Howdy folks, Trying to sort out a problem for a mate's ps3. His ps3 net connection is working fine but games won't work. Like NBA Street homecourt, I can get setup with somebody to play but the "play now" button is greyed out. Howdy folks,
Trying to sort out a problem for a mate's ps3. His ps3 net connection is working fine but games won't work. Like NBA Street homecourt, I can get setup with somebody to play but the "play now" button is greyed out. I've setup the following on the router:
Service Name *NBA-Tcp Protocol TCP Global Port Range 11050 - 13505 Base Host Port 11050 Service Name *NBA-Udp Protocol UDP Global Port Range 3659 - 6999 Base Host Port 3659 Service Name *ps-1tcp Protocol TCP Global Port Range 10070 - 10080 Base Host Port 10070 Service Name *ps-1udp Protocol UDP Global Port Range 10070 - 10080 Base Host Port 10070 Service Name *ps-2tcp Protocol TCP Global Port Range 6000 - 6999 Base Host Port 6000

So as far as I'm concerned the firewall/router is blocking the game but I've allowed all the ports necessary and even tried turning the firewall off for a minute but it still aint working.

Any help would be great,
