Program to convert videos

Hi im having trouble finding a program that can convert a video file (avi, mpg) to a specific file size and to allow multiple conversions so i can leave my pc on all night. i need it to be avi or mpg file sizes and if anyone could help me out that would be great I know im asking for alot but its worth a shot, right? Also…

I know AutoGK will convert files to .avi ( I use it to convert .vob and.mpeg files mostly). You can set the output file size also. The only thing is that it takes a long time to convert - I usually put 2 or 3 in a queue and let it work away. I'm not sure if it is the full solution to your problem but it may be worth a shot
