Recording on NTL digital

Probably a stupid question - just got NTL in and wanted to know if it's possible to record from VCR a channel on NTL Digital? Used to have digital a few years ago and never managed to figure it out back then..

You want to record something on NTL?

If so, connect the a scart outlet on the decoder to the scart on your VCR. When recording, set the channel on the VCR to AV or aux, etc. Whatever the decoder is displaying will be recorded. If you have MMDS, you're stuck watching the same channel unless you have multiroom. If you have cable, you can watch another channel on the analogue line-up.

Cheers - I'll have to figure it out then - would probably help if I had my VCR remote or got a replacement then...
