    Don't mean to hijack the thread but about how long is that reserved tunnel section for the Eastern Bypass? And the point where the reservation for the EB terminates at the N11....are they planning on tunneling out under the bay from there?

    You are hijacking the thread. :)

    Its only a few hundred meters. I don't think they know for certain what they are going to do from St. Helens (the SAS Radisson Hotel) to Booterstown marsh.
