Sky and trouble channel?

I downgraded today to a two package mix,entertainment and music, from the premium package.

I noticed I couldnt get 201 and 202 [Trouble/Trouble+1].

I rang Sky back and was told Trouble was part of the kids mix.

What I would like to know and could not get an explanation for was, if Trouble is part of the kid channels why is it on the epg in the two hundreds and not the six hundreds where the rest of the kids are?

I`m in trouble now with my two kids as it was the only channel they watched.

I guess it stems back to when it was actually in the kids section.

It was. Flextech (operators of Trouble) requested that it be moved to entertainment, as its aimed at teenagers and not children (as such!)

I read something about the channels moving to the entertainment mix but even after the epg reshuffle they are still in the kids mix.
They would make a great addition to the entertainment mix.

i`v also noticed that the Biography channel is unavailable aswell,presumably because its classed documentary.

I think its a load of bol***ks that you cant receive these channels if they are advertised on the entertainment epg, they should be placed in their proper categories otherwise.

It's a shame there is no ala carte channel selection. I have my own Favorites EPG anyway. Far better.
