S&G's playing heads up

I'm having a problem with heads up at the moment. It used to be one of the strongest points of a S&G for me and that's why my ROI% were slightly higher than average.

Lately when I get heads up I can't seem to do anything right - even with as much as a 4 to 1 chip lead. Now admittedly I've had quite a bit of bad luck when all the money goes in preflop. My big pocket pairs get run down by ace rags, AK has got hammered by K rag quite a bit (higher than average), and everytime I get AJ/AQ I seem to run into AK.

I feel like I been outplayed HU (hard thing to admit). When I raise with junk - the other guy always seems to go all in. When I raise with AA/KK/QQ they always seem to fold. I've been HU's 43 times in the last 2 weeks - winning 18 and loosing 25, been chip leader in 80% of them. Considering in my past records I use to either win or come 3rd I am very disappointed with that.

I've tried playing tight/aggressive/passive/mixing it up and can't find a style can win.
How do you play heads up?
What advice would you give a novice in HU situations?
How do you feel online HU differs from live?

    Thanks,

If i get AA,KK or QQ heads up I'm generally not raising. It sounds a bit like you're folding alot heads up to raises when you're the chip leader. If some one raises moves in on me heads up - unless they're super tight - I'm generally not folding any Ace, any King, any pair - and often not any 2 cards depending on the blinds and stacks. The blinds are usually enormous at this stage and you're as well off to take your chances. If I get the other guy down to less than a quarter of the chips in play I move-in on him relentlessly.
Try playing some 2 player sit and go's - alot of people say they're boring because the blinds are not worth stealing at the start- but often very clear betting patterns emerge and you can often control the other guy which can be entertaining. If you raise alot from the small blind he'll start doing it as well - then you suddenly start folding a few hands from the button and low and behold he starts doing the same. Then start raising from the button again and when he starts doing it again as well you start re-raising him occasionally from the BB etc.
I think at the end of a Sit and Go the blinds are usually too big to really have fun and you've got to be very aggressive and don't be the guy folding.
Also I'll sometimes limp a few from the SB and fold to a raise and pretty soon he's sure that limping means I'm weak and I'll fold to a raise. Then if you're lucky enough to get AA or KK - which i never get heads up lol - limp again, he raises, you call with position, and let him bluff it all away to you.
