    Im lookingto buy a nikon d40x

    RRP ireland: E850 euro compared to the uks £500 (E750)

    Needless to say Im looking to get in in Ireland for the 750 euro but I dont trust the 'grey market' ebay types.

    any suggestions how to get one at a reasonable price aside from jessops.com. ?

    hmm pixmania is frenc though and will have contenital chargers and things. I'd like a proper plug :D and manual. A d1 in honours LC french 2 years ago wont help me with a camera I daresay :p j

    Also thats a d40 which I can buy in dublin or blanchardstown fro 600 euro (plus I dont have to add postage !)

    Its kinda irritiating as I will probably just end up getting it in jessops in the Uk when I go back to uni. It annoys me but I dont see why I should have to pay an extra 100 euro to greedy irish b@$***ds

    A small percentage of the difference could be vat.
