Hi _______,

With the move to the new network the action points had to be taken back for any player that was set up with a rake back deal.

The points on the old network were set up for players to purchase certain gifts, but __________ took a view that they would rather offer players rake back/cash instead of this as we felt the gifts were extremely over priced for the amount of rake you would have needed to generate to make any purchase.
