    You should be stacking him everytime. Reraise preflop and raise flop and or turn and or river.

    In general in this spot by not reraising preflop, you can get a raise in on the flop, to something like 5.50, and assuming he calls and checks the turn a bet, you will be able to get it all in at this point on a blank and get a likely caller. I don't think you should be afraid of an overpair or set too much and be happy to try and get it all in.

    Chances are though a reraise preflop, and call on the flop would allow you to get it all in on the turn anyways.

    I'd raise flop or even turn. Thats a great board to stack someone with JJ on

    As everyone else says, you need to reraise preflop and on other streets. You gave him a get out of jail pass
