Ordinary Sky

    My Sky was not working, eventualy after swapping boxes etc I worked out that my Sky box was dead. I have got a loan of one an it is working with the exception that the premium channels are not working, sports and movies. Can someone help, do I need to contact Sky, do I need to connect to phone line ???

    you need to pair the card with the box... call sky..
