Looks to purchase an American Fridge/Freezer.

Anyone know any bargains and also which brands are the best. Looking at the Samsung RS21C for €999

Any recommedations would be welcome. Thx.

Maked sure it's 'A' rated for energy efficiency. With the size of those things, the cost of the electricity to power one could dwarf the cost of buying it! OK, maybe a slight exaggeration but the cost of electricity will make a real difference over the life of a fridge/freezer.

Thanks I'll keep a look out to ensure it's 'A' rated. Only makes sense. Just need to pick the right model now. Most do seem 'A' rated though.

Seen some in the front window of Arnott's on OÇonnell street not so long ago.

Deadly looking fridges, will be real trendy

Have one a year now. Bought a Whirlpool as apposed to the Samsung, we just preferred the storage options of the Whirlpool. Get the black one!!!!

Must say it was a great buy and would highly recommend. Cant beat the handiness of cold filtered water and ice and the click of a button!!

Got ours in DID as seemed the cheapest. Bargain them down - think we got €200 off marked price.
