Hi, just looking into getting a decent mouse for playing computer games. in the past i have been annoyed with optical mice where the arrow flys up into the corner of the screen occasionally, and i dont know if it is due to the mousemat i have, or my cruddy mouse or what. i have come across this link from the past:

like the OP from that thread, i would be inclined towards wired too unless someone gave me some compelling evidence that wireless was better. However, it does seem kinda steep 65 notes for a mouse. then again the mouse-mat is something i never really paid too much attention to (always made sure it was not reflective for the laser mouse but didnt mind too much otherwise) - maybe i should focus more on the mouse mat i use?

so, just wondering what're people thoughts on this?
