Looks like it. uk.ufc.com list it as a live PPV (as opposed to a bravo event)

Double edit: It's officially on the website

ditto, not avail yet, as per the TM website.

Wonder can they be purchased locally, is it in the odyssey ?

The card is pretty awful so far, I know I'm probably jumping the gun here, but a main event of Franklin-Kampmann hardly fills me with confidence that they're going to stack the card.

UFR Fight Team members Colin 'Big C' Robinson and Steve 'Smiling Assassin' Lynch are set to become the first Irish fighters to sign for UFC, with UFR Management having successfully secured 3 fight deals for both fighters - opponents confirmed and set to be announced in due course.

Seems like the UFC are bringing over only 2-3 big names that they will hope will sell tickets and the remaining fights will be talent from the UK or Ireland.........
Its not quite the card that we see in the MGM but its a start

Card is nowhere near finished yet. Hold your horses until the final card has been released. It's 2 months away :)

PS: I Got my tickets this morning!

Wonder if Bruce Buffer will come over as announcer? That'd be sweet. And Rogan as well!

^^its an official UFC ppv so yea he will be here

They're all coming over for 70 anyway so it'd be a surprise if they didn't.
I wasn't expecting huge names for this so I'm happy enough already, and they probably think it's best to put popular fighters against people they should beat for people who are only getting in to the sport.

If Rogan comes over we should all plan a "surprise" for him. and not one of those nice ones with cake and balloons either.

Is there going to be seminar pimpage? How about "An Evening with Joe Rogan" in the Davenport hotel? :) Or maybe Forrest Griffen on the Late Late

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 362 ✭✭ThatBloke

Rogan said he's coming over. He might do a comedy show in Belfast too, he's doing one in Manchester tomorrow night. If you haven't seen his stand-up show you're missing out, he's a funny ****er.

    Got my tickets today :)

Rogan is hilarious, I've seen his stand-up. Really intelligent guy.
