Could anyone help me out? Me and my mate are from ireland and plan to fly into bangkok on 21st August this year. We want to hang around bangkok fro a while, head up and do a jungle trek, hit Phuket and the full moon party in Koh Phangan on the 28th aug and then get back to bangkok fro 31st to fly to sydney. Is this possible and could anyone offer more suggestions etc about what to do and also any ideas on Oz would be grately appreciated also.

    Thank you in advance.

How about knee surgery in a jungle hospital and then do a bungee jump.

I've heard of people getting the whole gender-change thing, but not knee surgery in Thailand.

I don't think the nurses strike has hit us that bad that we need to go abroad for minor surgery, has it?

    WTF are you talking about?

Or you could get a knee operation during a bungee jump

Threads merged. Jrad, don't make more than one thread on the same topic, and this thread should start making some sort of sense soon before it gets locked.

OP why have you got "need knee surgery" in the title?

I had an operation on my knee in January, and I'm having another in about a month. I could tell you all about them if you like?

    Please enlighten us.

And BuffyBot, please be more lenient, I'm sure we can all agree that it's important to draw attention to the similarities between knee surgery and travel in Thailand.

I had my surgery in Vincent's, not Thailand, so maybe it's not appropriate for ths thread?

Sweet f**king chr*st, all i wanted was information on thailand and australia bases on other peoples experience and what ever happened i accidently pasted need knee surgery on and all of a sudden everybody is a f**cking comedian. I try a new thread without knee surgery part and it gets merged with the original thread thanks to a f*cking moderator that is more of a hinderence than a help and so people are still on about knee surgery. For the love of god can anyone suggest anything about anything else in my original post other than the hilarious bungee jumping or anything to do with knee surgery. Please!
