I host my website with Eircom. But since changing to ST I can't upload new pages to the Eircom server. Apart from having to bring my laptop to an internet cafe or a friends house, is there anyway I can 'get around' this problem?

I'm with Smart Telecom, but my website is hosted on Eircom (my origional ISP provider). I could update my site at an internet cafe or whatever, but I'd love to be able to do it from home.

    Thank's in advance.

They IP restrict access to those homepage.eircom.net sites, the net cafes and your mates probably use Eircom connections.

Get your stuff off Eircom the next time you're over in your mates and get some non-ISP related hosting. You'll switch ISPs from time to time and it'll be a pain changing URLs. Same goes for people using Mobile operator specific email addresses - what's the point? You'll jump ship one day.
