    Out of the blue my player froze the other day, I couldnt power it off and it wasnt responding to anything. I used a pin to reset it and when it powers back on it says 'rebuilding'. The bar will get half way across and then freeze...for hours.

    Im not sure how long I have the player, I got it within a week of its release though. It was bought from Peats but I think Ive lost the receit. Any ideas ?

    You'll definitely need the receipt if you bring it back to the point of purchase (unless its a store like Harvey Norman where they can track your purchases in their computerised POS system).

    I'd suggest getting onto Creative themselves directly. If I recall correctly the Zen Vision M was released in late November 2005, just in time for the Christmas market, with very few actually available in Ireland until late January '06 - so you may be JUST out of warranty. That doesn't normally matter to Creative anyway - i.e.: they should just sort it out for you.
