    hello,

Lookin for a bit of help on a matter, basically what course of action can be taken if a business renting a property off someone (Mr. X) fails to pay rent for 3-5 months in a row (not wanting to kick them out just put pressure on them).

Lets say that half the business (a restaurant) is located on Mr. Xs property and the other half is located on there own property. And whats located on Mr. Xs side is the kitchen, would it be possible to get an order or something from a court to stop access to his property ie the kitchen which in turn would shut down the business up until payment was received.

Or what course of action would you take?

    Help appreciated.
