Can anyone help in finding a Homebond claim form on-line anywhere?
Major defect category. I could (and will) write to them and ask for one to be sent out, but it would be very useful if I got my hands on one today.

Even if someone had a blank one they could scan and send to me (or post it here)?

    Cheers.

Doesnt seem to be one online but I remember ringing them last year with a query and the girl basically told me unless the roof is about to cave in they will basically only offer a mediation service between you and the builder to get the issue resolved. Bit of a placebo if thats all the homebond brings  Hope you have better luck mate.

that indeed is the experience to date :-(

they appear to be an organization that puts more effort into fobbing you off, literally lying through their teeth and doing their best to wiggle out of any responsibilities.

PM me and i'll sort you out. have you written to the builder. don't write to homebond until you've written to the builder...
