The Late Late Show theme tune

Hey,
Just wondering if anyone out there knows where I could possibly obtain or download the old theme tune for The Late Late Show, in the time of Gay Byrne?
Would really appreciate any help.

I think the tune is To Whom It Concerns by Chris Andrews (or part of it).

Me too. It was much better than current the horrible re-working.

Honestly, why don't RTE buy synth-keyboard that doesn't sound like it was manufactured in the mid-80's?

I think there was also a techno remix (or some sort of a remix) of the theme tune maybe last year or the year before?

Yeah it's absolute sh1te - Ray Harman from Something Happens did it - amazing how being a failed musician qualifies you to either be a DJ or write crap theme tunes - must try my hand hehe

I think it's a lot older than that, to be honest. I seem to remember there being a techno-style remix, as you call it, of 'The Late Late Show' theme tune going around, oh, probably 10 years ago or more maybe. That's if it's the same version we're thinking of.

OP - I just listened to the Chris Andrews tune but it doesn't have the class drum intro and the whistles etc. Still a good tune but.

The dance remix was out about 8 years ago. I know cos I bought it! I'm fairly sure it was by Strictly Fish and was called To Whom It May Concern. I'll root around my room tomorrow.

Cheers for that. A crowd of us were out a while back, and we heard the remix being played in a disco. just decided to see if it could be got anywhere.
