    Amazing work.

Wonder why you dont take photos like this normally ?

This is the reason From the man himself:

[FONT=arial, helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=times new roman, times, georgia] "Finding photographs is extremely difficult, and it's very precious when I find one," he said. "So many photographers drive along, see something, pull over and shoot. I need to calm down, really chill out, and that takes me days to where I'm open enough to see these things. I'll go on a trip for a week and if I get one image I consider myself thankful."

I wish I could devote a week to "chill out" and get 1 good photo.:)

    Sheesh.

What I like most is that even so most of them were obviously taken in the most exotic locations, there are others that are just little scenes you might find anywhere... okay maybe not quite anywhere, but you know what I mean. There's a fantastic sense of realism to them too, he hasn't pushed the saturation so much that it looks over the top.

Do you think that if you/I/we/one took a week off to 'get in the zone' and aim for a single great shot, you would do better than usual?

for me no.. the pressure of one week for one fanastic shot would get to me.. I'd never relax :D

I'm happy to muddle around as I do for the minute and maybe hope for one really really good shot maybe once a year!
