Is there an easier way to do this? Whats the cheapest thing I can possibly get good feedback for on eBay? I know its cheating :p

Buy some ebooks or other items that are digital delivery?
    e.g.
    http://cgi.ebay.ie/Songs-of-COQUI-Frog-Digital-Delivery-MP3-FREE-Sample_W0QQitemZ300100264121QQihZ020QQcategoryZ88462QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Just do a search for "digital delivery", seems to be plenty with buy it now prices of USD 0.99 (about 0.73 Euro), no postage or delivery charges required.

  • I like it, I like it thanks but are there any one penny auctions? I seem to remember some but they probably are ones with postage and/or delivery charges.

I've seen people buying and selling mobile phone wallpapers for 1c/1p to boost feedback ratings. Bare in mind that eBay do ban users for this practice (though I think it takes excessive use to get to that stage).

Also, I hate people who do this as it's just feedback whoring. I bought from a seller recently who had a huge positive feedback, but a hell of a lot of them were for 1c transactions. This guy was a complete fraud and I had to get Paypal involved to get a refund. He even admitted not posting the item by registered post, which I had paid for, and wanted me to wait weeks for a refund. I complained to eBay about him but as usual they did nothing.

I'd now stay well away from anyone who employs this practice.

I always check the last couple of sales of someone i was buying from... if I saw the last couple of buys where 1c wallpapers i wouldnt buy r sell to em. Just do as everyone else does.. U gotta start somewhere..

Same here, I'd be fishy about dubious feedback given for very small transactions.
You have to start somewhere, understood, but best to build up your rep because those of us that have a clue will avoid the feedback whores like the plague.

  • Oh I know...I didn't mean taking it to an extreme. I have a small feedback score of 97 already. However over the six years I've been using it I have made two Buy It Nows that I got cold feet over, pulled out of and got negative feedback for.

Just wanted to heal that damage. To hell with it I'll just continue as normal....
