    Hi all,

I am thinking of buying a HP Pavilion Media Center dv6285eu Entertainment Notebook PC.

Its just for general use (i.e they wont be playing games on it or anything like that).

    The specs are as follows:

    Genuine Windows Vista™ Home Premium
    ● AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-56
    ● 1024 MB (2 x 512 MB)
    ● 160GB SATA Hard Disk Drive 5400 rpm
    ● 15.4” WXGA High Definition BrightView Widescreen
    ● NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 7200
    ● Up to 256 MB of TurboCache™ video Memory
    ● IEEE 1394 FireWire® Interface
    ● Lightscribe Super Multi DVD Writer (+/-R +/-RW) with
    Double Layer support
    ● 802.11b/g WLAN
    ● HP Mobile Remote Control
    ● 5-in-1 integrated Digital Media Reader for Secure
Digital cards, MultiMedia cards, Memory Stick,
Memory Stick Pro, or xD Picture cards
    ● HP Pavilion webcam with stereo integrated
    microphones

Just wondering can this laptop handle Vista comfortably with that much of RAM.

    Thanks in advance

    Mugie
