Chamber of commerce Number??

I have registered a business name and I now want to look into buying wholesale on the internet. however the site which I am trying to look into asks me for my 'Chamber of commerce' number and my 'International Tax of VAT Number'. Where and How can I obtain these. All I Have is one number with my business which i beleive is my business number.

if you are registered for VAT then you would have a seperate vat number, with the chamber of commerce number they could be looking for your business name number with the cro, might be a translation thing depending on where the site is based
