China North International Shooting Rang is actually a ballistic bullet park now. A former barracks of the army,tt was officially turned into a shooting rang in 1987 according to the policy of converting military facilities into civilian use at that time. No license required for the shooting. Just take your bucks with you for your enjoyment here.It is situated close to the center of Nakou which belongs to Changping County, about an hour's drive north of Beijing, The China North International Shooting Range offer a wide selection of both heavy and light weapons. If you are shy, you may use TT ******* sports pistol. If you are used to it and want to relax yourself, you may try anti-aircraft rocket launcher! Apart from the 7.62mm type or AK47, China North also offers various kinds of pistols, machine guns, rifles, machine guns, rocket launchers, and mortars.

Down side is I dont have the time to do it!!! :(

Ironic isnt it???A country that is communist, etc and classified as unfree by us in the supposedly free western world, allows it's citizens access and encourages them to train and use firearms, that we in the west would freak if we thought our mere citizens would have access to.

    How much does it cost?

90 USD so ~800 RMB. A taxi form the airport to the city (30km or so) is 80 RMB average dinner is 25 RMB so its alot. A stay in a top hotel is about 750 RMB for a couple of nights.

You pay per round as well so 800 only gets you there and back.

They dont have to go there Rew.That is only for "Gweilows"[sic] translated White Ghosts IE us Westerners.
THE PRC has compulsory military service, and encourages it's citizens to join before and after many comradely organisations, one of which is many peoples shooting groups.Plus their peoples militas train almost every month.
Plus there are belive it or not ,plenty of millionares in communist China.Kind of a juxtaposition I know, but to those folks buying a doz custom guns from bespoke gun makers in the EU and US is no big deal. They can shoot, fire and blow things up there no bother.:)
