Its my understanding that in most sales of new houses that the above is used as a template for the sale. Can any one tell me what Condition 12(b) of the Building Agreement is? Also can any one tell me what rights a buyer and seller have under Condition 12(b) and Condition 41 of the Combined Contract for Sale/Building…
