Hi all
I've moved down to NZ and have lots of interviews lined up. Anyway, I went to one on friday and they asked me the 2 questions I really hate. Can someone help me with these, or give me an example of an answer I can give?

Q1: Can you give us an example of an instance where you exceeded customer expectations?

Q2: Tell us about a time where you have had to deal with a difficult customer, and how you dealt with his demands?

What type of work is it? Customer service / tech support, etc.? What type of company?
