creative sound card issues

i purchased a creative audigy 4 sound card and there is an 1394 error. Code 10 coming up in the device manager when i isntall it.. i have an onboard sigmatel soundcard already any ideas???

Try disabling the onboard one in the BIOS (DEL, F2, some other key at boot up), they are probably causing a conflict.
