    Hey guys,

Little question, a buddy of mine is buying a 8800 GTS.

He's been looking at different ones and they all seem to be roughly the same, with exception of step up progs and warrantys.

The 3 ones he's deciding between are Evga, XFX and BFG.

Have you guys any thoughts on what might be the better of them all?

The prices seem to be pretty close too depending on where you go..

    Cheers.

Dont think it really matters, the cards are the same product underneath other than the cooler.

Dont bother with the overclocked versions either as you can overclock a regular one to the same speeds without much hassle.

I would go with the EVGA if only for the warranty.

All the 8800's have reference boards and coolers atm, so there is no difference between them. Id go for The evga, for the warrenty like said above.

    Thanks guys.

Just wondering though, technically once you overclock the card though your warranty is void, no?
